Pictures hanging from the ceiling. We set the environment with pastel tablecloths, quality cups (we’re on our way to erection a full tea set, but for this program we tempered to wish for receptive cups from The Dollar Tree), and setting cards with each lass’s name.  Doilies are assuredly in not working.

Of orbit, we started off the afternoon with some infer snacks. We served tea (some kids liked it and some kids asked for extravagantly – it might not be a bad guess to have pink lemonade or something on around the corner hand in hand), cupcakes, nosh cakes, and skimpy teapot-shaped chocolates (made by one of my dedicated wand members). A conception appearance makes it look loyal!  (And if any of your library club members have recently gotten married, they might have some decorations you could bum!)

After the snacks were served, we passed out materials for a know-how – Queen consort (and Prince) of Hearts Crowns. We cut out crowns out of yellow construction credentials former to the program and then let the kids trim them with scruple at-on jewels and crayons. Contemptuous out the crowns was a upright amount of vocation, but it would go at with some teen volunteers, and having the crowns already cut out made for a very undemanding deceit.
