I'm a beginner and I lack to practice with a medicine ball, what weight should I buy?
I'd start with a lighter strain like 4 or 6 lb ball. Don't get a 12 lb for a beginner. It would be too heavy and you could misuse yourself with a heavy ball. Start with something light to train with and then move to a heavier ball when and if you have mastered your training.

I wouldn’t commend buying these balls for use without the launcher because they aren’t as permanent as other balls for circadian horse around. I keep to these balls for use only with the launcher and have cheaper “plastic” balls for indoor about b dally.
