I am 15 years old and 5"10. This is my first year in track and my first formerly throwing discus. I am pretty skinny. How much does the discus weigh for boys? How far should i their stride for my age in feet? What do i need to throw far?

Under 18 (damsel) the Discus weighs 1.5kg or 3.3lbs.
