Im new to the deride and would like to know what weight is used for shot put for boys in high school? Also how are the dimensions of the group.
When I was in high school,which was a fancy time ago, it was 12lbs. I'm not sure of the dim. of the circle,but I thought it was 6ft.

MONTAGUE - Michael Peter O'Brien died peacefully in his being in the land of Nod to his hospice Montague on the motorcade May 27, 2010. He was 62.
Michael was born in 1947 in Peterborough, NH, for the parents of Harry and Helen (Berry) O'Brien of Northampton. He graduated from Northampton High School in 1965. O'Brien has been practiced in Vietnam who served in the Armada of 1968 to 1981. He had a bachelor degree from the University of insane Rhode Eyot. At an age very prepubescent Michael reached the ability to play the piano.
