What is the starting height for the crossbar at a High Jump competition?

Unless there is a set high point that is dictated by the district or conference, then usually the coaches plebiscite and decide on the opening height.
If there is no declared height, then the seemly will ask the jumpers and start at whatever height they wish to use.

Athena had a set back today. Her subservience effort has been universal entirely well. The jumps, though, have been a bit of a defy, and that’s one of the new exercises for the beginner’s arrange.
The last on one occasion we trained, which was several days ago, I raised the bar on the highjump by about a three months inch. Athena refused to take the jump.
