i'm a freshman throwing discus on my school's misplace & field team. this is my first year throwing, i'm wondering how far i should be throwing on my first year? also, do you have any pointers to relieve me continue to improve my throwing? thanks :D

The Bayfield High School girls trail unite overwhelmed the acreage to win the annual Bloomfield Quad in New Mexico on Saturday.
The BHS girls totaled 131 points to win the meet. Farmington was moment with 69 points. Bloomfield was in fairness behind in third with 67 points. Ignacio finished fourth (9 points).
Farmington won the boys encounter Saturday with 106 points. Bloomfield was encourage with 103.5. The Bayfield boys were third (57). Ignacio was fourth (15).
“The girls looked definitely wholesome (Saturday)," Bayfield leader carriage Sherry Kimball said. “We did well all around."
She said the bump into rendezvous with was staged under surprisingly attractive bear up against conditions, although temperatures were nippy in the morning.
“We even got to take our jackets off for a scant while in the afternoon," Kimball said.
The BHS girls picked up big points in the pasture events Saturday.
Caitlin Simbeck of Bayfield won the great lurch (15-3) with teammate Holly Hollingsworth a penurious wink (15-2.5). Hollingsworth also was substitute in the triple leap Saturday (31-1).
